Day 3

Today we drove from Thunder Bay to Winnipeg.  We started with a stop off at Kakabeka Falls where Max paid the steep entrance fee of $3 (thanks Max).  Max would also like it to be known that he paid for Tims this morning.

It was long long drive through northern Ontario forest. A highlight of the trip was Max stepping into a Province other than Ontario for the first time in his life, he was very excited. We found a great rest area on a quiet lake and had another picnic lunch.  We also stopped off at the east-west centre of Canada. We drove for eights hours but arrived 7 hours later. We are just that good!
